1. Seller Disclaimer
We are not the manufacturers of the products listed on our website; we act solely as authorized resellers.
2. Product Selection
We make every effort to provide products with excellent reputations, positive reviews, and proven performance based on our experience in the skincare industry.
3. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to review product details, ingredients, and online feedback before purchasing to ensure that the product suits their skin type and does not cause allergic reactions.
4. Allergic Reactions or Adverse Effects
The Glow More assumes no liability for any adverse skin reactions resulting from the use of products purchased through our platform.
5. Refunds and Damages
Refunds will only be issued if the product is damaged during shipping.
We do not provide refunds or exchanges if the product does not suit the customer’s skin.
6. Order Refusals
If a customer refuses to accept a dispatched order for any reason:
An additional delivery fee of Rs. 250 will be charged on their next order.
Future orders from that customer will only be accepted through direct bank transfer (prepaid).
7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion, without stating a reason.
8. Coupons & Discounts
Discount coupons are not applicable during sales, promotions, or discounted offers.
9. Damaged or Faulty Products
Complaints regarding damaged, leaked, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Please provide clear pictures and unboxing proof (if required).
Investigations may take up to 72 hours before a resolution is provided.
10. Disputes for Prepaid Orders
If a prepaid order is marked as delivered and the customer claims non-receipt, the dispute will be investigated with the courier company.
The process may require several working days.
11. Free Samples
Complimentary samples are not added to orders placed during sale events.
12. Defamation & Misuse
The Glow More reserves the right to take legal action in cases of false claims, defamatory remarks, or attempts to harm the reputation of our company or products.
13. Customer Due Diligence
Customers are expected to research product ingredients and suitability before placing an order.
We cannot analyze ingredients of every product for individual customers.
14. Return Policy
All returns will be processed according to our official Return & Refund Policy published on TheGlowMore.com.
15. Acceptance of Terms
