By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Authentic & Original Products
We deal exclusively in genuine and original products.
We do not sell fake, duplicate, expired, leftover, or imitation items.
2. No Return / No Exchange Policy
Due to high counterfeit activity in the market, we have a strict no return and no exchange policy.
Exception: If you are a regular customer, a return request may be considered within 24 hours of delivery, subject to mutual approval.
For approved returns:
The customer must return the parcel at their own expense.
Refunds are issued only after the product has been received, inspected, and approved.
3. Product Details & Expiry Information
Expiry dates and packaging details (where applicable) are mentioned in product descriptions.
Products with long shelf life may not display expiry dates.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details before ordering.
4. Order & Tracking

Order confirmation and tracking details are sent via email after dispatch.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to courier operations in Pakistan.

6. Packaging & Transit Conditions
Minor dents or imperfections on product boxes may occur during international or local shipping.
These do not qualify as damage, and refunds/returns are not applicable in such cases.

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, along with unboxing video proof.
After verification, replacement or compensation will be processed.
10. Payment Confirmation
